Description
Healthcare organizations today are experiencing constant changes and challenges in the delivery of safe patient care. Risk management professionals must remain knowledgeable about current and future trends that impact the success of their organizations. Integrating risk management and patient safety goals into the strategic planning process is critical in proactively supporting and guiding the organization toward successful achievement of its future goals.
