Description
This Session will review use of a practical excel tool to assess integrated risk exposure. Integrated risk assessment enables the enterprise to focus risk mitgation,control efforts,and resources on material risks. The session will discuss efficiency and value related to assessing risk. Examples will include quality-risk-compliance assessments(CRQ), formula, sample graphics and reporting formats for boards and leaders, such as dashboard summaries.
LEARNER OUTCOMES:
- present a dashboard review of risk to executives and board
- quantify risk in terms of control risk and residual risk
- use an integrated standardized assessment tool to identify and mitigate enterprise risk
