Mary has over 20 years experience as an insurance broker, mostly specialized in health care. Prior to being an insurance broker, she was a risk manager for eight years. In her current position as National Healthcare Practice Leader for Willis North America, she serves the offices and clients of Willis North America. Her years of experience include the position of Southwest Regional Healthcare Director for Marsh as well as Aon and the National Healthcare Practice Leader for Jardine Lloyd Thompson (JLT USA). Mary provides an organized and focused approach to delivering accurate and timely risk handling solutions.

Deana's experience working in clinical, administrative and corporate risk management leadership, and her carrier and brokerage experience allows her to deliver valuable solutions to our industry.
Deana obtained an ADN from SUNY/Alfred, a BSN from Florida Southern and a MBA (HR) from Kennesaw State University. She has earned her CPHRM, AIC and ARM credentials.
Deana is a frequent speaker/writer on risk management issues, participates in many state and national ASHRM groups, an ENA member, and past recipient of the GSHRM Risk Management Distinguished Service Award and NCASHRMs Work Horse award.
