Description
1. Discuss the controversial role of energy deficit in the ICU and review some potential confounding elements which may explain the discrepancies in outcome measures existing in the recent literature
2. Analyze preliminary results suggesting a role for glutamine in improving glucose metabolism in diabetic and obese patients
