Julia White, Professor, Medical College of Wisconsin
Dr. Julia White received her medical degree from Michigan State University in 1988. She is currently a Professor of Radiation Oncology at Medical College of Wisconsin. She has clinical practices at Froedtert Hospital and Community Memorial Hospital, where she is the Medical Director for Radiation Oncology. She has authored or co-authored numerous papers, abstracts and book chapters on Radiation for Breast Cancer. Dr. White is involved in the cooperative clinical trial process evaluating new therapies for breast cancer. She is the breast committee chair for the Radiation Therapy Oncology Group (RTOG) and co-principle investigator for the large Phase III Study that is collaboration between the National Surgical Adjuvant Bowel and Breast Program (NSABP) and RTOG, evaluating partial breast irradiation versus standard whole breast irradiation following lumpectomy.
