"This panel will explore the key financial and policy features, benchmarks and differentiators of global competitiveness in biopharmaceuticals research and development, and commercialization. The panel will examine differential product development costs in the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia and Latin America. It will explore what various stakeholders should do now to prepare for globalization, and will discuss foreign outsourcing and how U.S. and other biopharmaceuticals organizations and markets are approaching these issues."
