"The World Health Organization (WHO) is developing a framework for providing access to medicines in developing countries. Many of the proposals in the framework would
change IP practice and policies in WHO member states. A panel of experts will discuss the WHO's framework and will analyze the impact on biotech innovation, of these proposals if they were to be adopted by the WHO and its member states."

Objective1:Understand the WHO framework that governs on global health and intellectual property, and what countries their decisions govern.

Objective2:Analyze how WHO decisions impact innovation, intellectual property, and the biotechnology industry in WHO member countries.

Objective3:Receive crucial information for the future of business and research development and patent rights in both developed and developing countries
