Description
As Strategic Alliances are powerful competitive tools in today's business environment it is important to understand how well-designed contracts can be executed by partners by establishing Alliance-centric organizations. Dedicated Alliance Management (AM) function can accomplish this task at two levels: a) working with Business Development (BD) to ensure that deal is shaped and negotiated with implementation mindset, and b) working with Project Management (PM) across partner organizations during the alliance life-cycle to help build Transparency and cilitate managing the Differences. The overall goal is to ensure that the true value of the alliance is captured and mututally beneficial.
