Description
Particularly relevant at a time when IPOs are hard to execute and equity valuations uncertain, this panel will explore various models for obtaining finance for product development other than through equity finance. Examples include royalty acquisitions, revenue based structured finance arrangements, debt, the formation of clinical collaborations with sources of finance and vendor finance of clinical trials.
