Born in Scotland, Norma started her career in Canada in the banking sector. She moved into the non-profit world and now has over 20 years in fundraising and marketing- with ten years in gift planning - and is a member of the CAGP-ACPDP™ Gift Planning Course faculty. She is also an acclaimed storyteller who has performed across Canada and the UK and is currently President of the Storytellers of Canada.

Attend this session and you'll learn about Zingers, Maps and Models and Norma's tried and true three-pronged approach in applying the power of story to create persuasive and engaging scripts for face-to-face meetings; written proposals; and gift planning marketing materials. Also, learn how to establish a Narrative Database and, of course, hear some stories.
