This session will identify tax issues and opportunities that arise in the context of major charitable gifts. The issues that will be addressed in the session could present a major obstacle to closing the gift unless they are identified and properly resolved. The session will be technical in nature and will assume that participants have a good understanding of the basics of planned charitable gifts.
