Beginning with an update on Directors and Officers (D&O) litigation and enforcement actions, this session will then describe federal securities class actions and private company litigations, as well as actions regarding mergers and acquisitions. The next section will discuss the D&O Insurance marketplace including pricing, capacity, coverage, and enhancements in policies. Analysis by industry type will also be discussed. The final section will discuss the challenges to actuarial pricing and reserving for D&O insurance.
