The current authorization for the National Flood Insurance Program expires on November 18. The program is $30 billion in debt and Congress seems to have many different opinions on how to fix it. This session will review what Congress ultimately did (assuming they do something prior to November 18), what the major debate points were, the potential effects on the private industry, and what ultimately has to be done.
