Description
Research shows that the most significant factor in the successful implementation of school-wide Positive Behavior Support is strong administrative support. How do effective principals support staff and students, overcome obstacles, measure and document progress? How do they reduce their student discipline and suspension rates? What about increasing attendance? In this breakout, you’ll hear principals from PBS schools describe how they plan for continuous improvement, develop school-wide consistent practices, and celebrate successes. Come prepared for a candid conversation about what works and what doesn’t, and leave with practical ideas you can implement in your own school right away.
