Description
You looked at the data, identified needs, and selected perfect improvement strategies. Then, during the implementation period, things did not go as planned. Taking collective and effective action is a challenge for schools pursuing improved achievement. In this session, we examine the impact of two key elements of school culture: trust and productive mindsets. Our discussion will provide greater insight into both of these factors and foster a clearer sense of how they affect our efforts to make positive changes in our schools and districts. We’ll also engage in collaborative problem solving using resources and tools drawn from McREL's Success in Sight approach to continuous school improvement.
