Description
In this uncertain and challenging time, you can’t afford to shy away from change. Falcon Bluffs Middle School in Jefferson County has attracted attention and buzz based on putting into place a culture that purposefully leverages positivism as well as opportunities created by challenge. Other Colorado educators have asked about their secret to making the school a better place to learn and teach; this session will give you the scoop! Though the principles behind these structures are rooted in middle school best practices and philosophies, all school leaders would benefit from the lessons shared in this presentation.
