Dr. Jennifer James is an Urban Cultural Anthropologist and was highly-regarded as a professor at the University of Washington Medical School prior to developing her public lectures and seminars. She is a specialist in cultural change, diversity, and marketing intelligence. She’s wellregarded by audiences around the world for her innovative and accessible approach to successfully managing transitions and change. Dr. James has published seven books, more than 50 academic articles, and wrote a column for the Seattle Times newspaper for 18 years. She has filmed two PBS specials "Thinking in the Future Tense" and "A Workout for the Mind," and also had a popular radio talk show program. Dr. James has been recognized with numerous awards for her journalism accomplishments.
