This session will focus closely on organizations that have memberships and/or fundraising as a major part of their business operations. The session will be guided by research and information from two studies in particular: The National Survey of Giving, Volunteering and Participating—Canada; and a Blackbaud survey of over 1,300 not-for-profit organizations.

The session will review issues such as organizational development, human resources, funding, strategy, technology, and solutions.
