Relationships are at the heart of everything we do. The future of our involvement with most organizations is primarily determined by the relationship that is developed. Relationships do not happen by accident. Some develop naturally but, more often than not, we must make the efforts to develop the relationships. There are things we can do that can facilitate relationship building and the retention that results. This session discusses some of the ways we can go about building lasting relationships with a focus on our organizations' volunteers.
