Description
This session will build on last conference's very well received presentation by Jack and Paulette on what volunteer leaders expect from their associations. Whereas last year's original research findings reported on major corporation CEO viewpoints, this year's information will be gleaned from surveying Board teams of small, medium and large associations across Canada.
