Description
Association executives know that not-for-profits are becoming more complex due to membership diversification, discerning members with higher expectations and scarcer resources.

Membership development is a core process that impacts and is impacted by all program areas within the association. But rather than focusing on the program as an independent entity within the organization, attention should be directed toward analysis of the association as a system.

This session will outline how a well-planned, well-documented system based on a set of principles and best practices is essential to ensure that associations can effectively achieve their goals over time.
