Workplace Diversity means finding the best talent regardless of race, gender, etc. By hiring people who can fit positions, employers find excellent and valuable staff. The right staff is key to having a successful business. Having staff get along appropriately is crucial to productivity and staff retention. When employees become aware of the challenges and sensitivities of diversity, they can learn to work together. Employers who are aware of diversity issues can make smarter decisions about combining the right employees for the right jobs. The more we learn about our differences, the better we will interact with each other more productively
