All organizations face challenging risk issues that represent potential threats to both individual businesses and the broader reputation of their industry. With dynamic risks related to supply chain, compliance, environment and other liabilities risk management is increasingly becoming an essential business process. Risk identification, assessment and control is a cornerstone of any effective and efficient risk management program - both to continually work at reducing the likelihood and impact of unwanted losses and improve the quality of business decisions. This session, lead by Marsh Risk Consulting, will demonstrate understanding, design and implementation of risk management programs towards tangible organizational advantages.
