Lauren Edelstein Henry has worked in the pharmaceutical industry since 1992. She is currently a Principal Operational Specialist at J&J. Lauren holds Master of Education degree from Penn State and has been with J&J for over 11 years.

Dr. Kuhnert, holds a Ph.D. in Biology from KSU & an MBA from CWRU. During her career at Wyeth she headed Medical Writing, Clinical Training & Compliance, & was in charge of training in Asia Pacific. She headed training at PharmaNet from 2007-11 . She is on the Global Forum editorial board.

BS Chem. Eng. Drexel University 1991, PhD Analytical Chemistry, Lehigh University 2003 Post-doctoral at the DOE Pacific Northwest National Laboratory. Currently employed by GlaxoSmithKline as an Investigator in Biopharmaceutical Technology.

Description
This workshop will delve deeper into presentation skills. Topics include how to handle a hostile/overly inquisitive audience, presenting via web/teleconference, multicultural presenting, presenting scientific data and more. **Due to workshop format, seating will be limited and will be available on a first come, first served basis. The Pennsylvania Convention Center has stringent regulations on maximum room capacities, and they are strictly enforced. Once all seats are occupied, DIA will be required to close the workshop, and no more participants will be admitted. Interested attendees are encouraged to arrive at workshops early in order to ensure seating. Please note, as a workshop with interactivity, this event will not be recorded.
