Ray is the Commissioner and Chief Executive Officer of the autonomous Pharmaceutical Advertising Advisory Board and is responsible for operations and the administration of the preclearance review mechanism. He has held management positions in community, hospital and government pharmacy

She chairs the Code of Practice Panel, which considers complaints submitted under the Code in the first instance, and is responsible for the overall running of the orgn. She also works with IFPMA and EFPIA. Appointed Vice Chair of IFPMA Code Compliance Network in 2011.
