Description
Parties need to recognize that alignment in objectives and complimentary expertise are needed to nurture a partnership and move from a transactional relationship to a skill and resource integrated commercialization strategy. In this forum, we will explore the degree to which a partnership was mutually beneficial to each of the involved parties, the novelty of the business model and strategic relationship, and the long-term future and development of the partnership.
Learning Objectives: Describe how skill integration is critical for a successful partnership/alliance Explain how behavior change is necessary to enable a healthy partnership/alliance Discuss how commitment by the companies is a key ingredient for sustainability of the partneship/alliance.
