The need for effective, flexible & innovative delivery of EA services to employees and their families is greater than ever given todays struggle to attend to personal and work challenges in a proactive manner. Review the findings of a two year Clinical Efficacy study in which a number of EA service enhancements were piloted. The presenters will demonstrate how a solution-focused approach that is client-centered and strength-based proved to be more helpful in assisting individual employees and their families with their work and life issues.
