Description
A quality safety and health effort on the part of a company can not only reduce accidents and injuries, but it can result in cost savings to the company, promote employee retention, and can improve the company image in the corporate world and community at large. This presentation will give the EAP professional information and knowledge to demonstrate that safety is a profitable venture for business. In order to convince many businesses to initiate or improve safety and health programs, they need to understand the financial impact that accidents and injuries have on their bottom line. This workshop will outline a ten point system to assist these employees to decide that safety and health efforts are in the interest of their personal and business goals.
