Description
EAPA's Research Panel is pleased to host the second Annual Dissertation Forum. An international panel of EA practitioners engaged in doctoral research will present summary statements of their research efforts. Each panelist will be asked to discuss their decision to pursue advanced study. The panel will feature research projects by well known EAPA members Tamara Cagney, Bernie McCann, and Debra Reynolds. Discussion will be moderated by, Tom Amaral, Ph.D. This workshop will emphasize the critical role doctoral research plays in the process of knowledge building and stress its important link to professional status and credibility.

Objectives:
• discuss current EA specific and EA relevant dissertation projects;
• promote the importance of research and evidence-based practices for the future of EA practice;
• discuss practical information regarding current issues and topics in EAP and workplace-related research.
