Description
Diversity today means so much more then one's ethnicity, and yet ethnicity is the very foundation on which diversity has catapulted to the forefront of our everyday interactions. Today's workplace is the world in miniature, with multiple nationalities, languages, abilities and limitations. This workshop will present the EA professional with infinite possibilities to better those relationships for the organizations they support, through methods that enhance understanding and encourage shared conversation. The presentation will guide the participant to a better understanding of what it means to be from a minority culture in today's world of work.

Objectives:
• assist leaders of diverse groups manage with more emotional and cultural intelligence;
• encourage open conversation about diversity issues.
