Mr. Drach is a pioneer in developing veterans’ benefits, services and programs. His specialties include veteran employment, vocational rehabilitation, disability, homeless and transition for separating military service members. He helped develop DOL's very successful veterans living with PTSD and/or TBI outreach program which has been expended to include an employer-focused training initiative.

Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)have been called the “signature injuries” of the conflicts in Iraq andAfghanistan. Hundreds of thousands of brave men and women areexpected to be coping with the challenges of these conditions as theyenter or return to civilian life. EA professionals are recognizing the needto respond to the workplace needs of the TBI and PTSD populations.This interactive workshop will showcase effective strategies for workingwith this new generation of employees and supervisors, while creatingwinning and mutually beneficial workplace environments for ournation’s disabled veterans.
