Tragic events in university settings prompt EA Professionals to seek adeeper understanding of the tenure-track process. Although certainprivileges (i.e. flexibility) are inherent to faculty life, the many stepsto earning tenure are often tedious and dependent upon numerousvariables. Attendees will learn more about the pressures inherent inthe tenure review process and gain understanding of the strugglesfaced in tenure-track positions. In addition attendees will be providedwith valuable mental health assessment information that is relevant tothose working in academia, but is also transferable to other settings.
