Today’s new supervisors are technically savvy and confident. They are self-reliant and bolder than other generations. As new supervisors they can be puzzled by the work habits and value systems of older workers they interact with and supervise. They are less likely to be familiarwith the benefit of utilizing consulting and training services offered by EAPs and not attracted to the traditional methods EAPs have used to promote these services. This engaging, humorous and interactive workshop will demonstrate new ways to partner with supervisors,engage them in EA programs and present tools to help them manage workplace performance and behavior.
