In an effort to mitigate and manage the effects of this transition, the KSC EAP has collaborated with various NASAand contractor organizations to develop a comprehensive planto address workforce transition issues. Special emphasis wasplaced on outreach, training, and education to help employeesbetter manage the stress and uncertainty associated with thereduction in force.
