Description
Approved for 1.5 PDHs in Domain I

EA Professionals deal effectively with increasingly complex work place issues, but do not seem as effective in consistently demonstrating the true value of EA services to work organizations. Despite excellent professional articles recently published on this topic, there continues to be a lack of consensus on practice-based standards. Traditional quantitative EA metrics rarely demonstrate true value or “make the business case” for EAP. This presentation will review practice EA metrics, including a comprehensive description and illustration of an actual workplace ROI project, including data gathering methods and a “work around” for confidential data that was not available.
