Description
Approved for 1.5 PDHs in Domain II
Within the last several years it has become clear that many companies are missing opportunities to motivate their employees so that they might achieve higher levels of productivity. At the same time workplaces are ignoring the benefits of a more meaningful and civil workplace. Promoting engagement is an organizational development strategy that encourages greater striving in employees through developing certain key workplace conditions. These include trust, fairness and meaningful work. This program will review the basics of this topic so that EA professionals will feel comfortable in referencing this literature when coaching managers.
