EA Service providers often lose business for dissatisfaction reasons not clearly communicated to them by their corporate clients. The presenter will share recently obtained research results from a South African study in which company representatives shared information about their experience with external EAP companies. Study participants discussed their company’s needs, and information about the services they expect external EAP companies to provide. The corporate clients shared information about their levels of satisfaction and reasons for renewal or non-renewal of EAP contracts. Specific information will be shared about the pricing models applied and the success thereof in obtaining new contracts.
