Description
Approved for 1.5 PDHs in Domain II
Living and working in a constantly changing world has contributed to a range of symptoms and workplace behaviors (depression, anxiety, bullying, alcohol and drug misuse, etc). Individually and organizationally these behaviors are negatively impacting workplaces, employees, and society worldwide. Effectively addressing individual and organizational resilience needs to take into account different cultural requirements and approaches rather than simply applying a standard Western or “global” model. This session will examine a cross-cultural resilience perspective for consideration.
