Description
Approved for 1 PDH in Domain III
O.K., so the employee has been through treatment and stopped using alcohol and/or drugs. You breathe a sigh of relief and look forward to a respite from the problems and difficulties. Everything’s fine, right? I don t know how to say this, but sometimes managing an employee in early recovery is tougher than managing an actively using employee because of the unique characteristics and risks of this phase. This workshop will aid the EA Professional in understanding and dealing with the employee during this critical phase of recovery from alcohol and/or drug dependence.
