It is vital that EAPs establish and maintain value to the organization. By providing crisis response to the workplace we can fulfill this mission. But how do we best provide this service? What are the skills needed to provide the best crisis response? This workshop will discuss best practices including a discussion of psychological first aid-what it is and how to do it - and will focus on the stages of assessment. Case examples will be utilized.
