Description
Approved for 1.5 PDHs in Domain I
To grow and prosper as a field, the EA profession needs to continually seek input from employers (purchasers) as to their needs and service expectations. In this presentation you will hear the results of a survey in which human resources managers provide their input on free or embedded EAPs. It will provide the "straight talk" on how EAPs are valued, how decisions on providers are made and what the future will hold. Survey results will challenge you to think about your EAP’s ability to meet the needs of employers both today and into the future.
