Description
Approved for 1.5 PDHs in Domain II
Today's workplace often finds four distinct generations working side by side, each bringing their own values, goals, and communication styles to the organization. It stands to reason, therefore, that each generation would have a unique response in the midst of a crisis, and even its own definition of what constitutes a crisis. Generational dynamics profoundly affect morale, coping styles, and recovery trajectories following a mass disaster. This presentation will explore strategies to deliver generationally sensitive aid to leverage diversity and maximize resilience.
