Description
Victim? Survivor? "SurThrivor?" Research indicates that how people attribute meaning to tragic events is a significant indicator regarding their subsequent recovery from them. Leadership strategies and crisis communication processes will be proposed that support growth trajectories. Impact, not incident! The presenter will use an interactive format complete with small group interaction and Q & A.
1) Identify critical attibutional questions facing those impacted by tragedy;
2) communicate the crucial role attribution of meaning plays in resiliency/recovery trajectories.
