Description
How would your EAP respond to a workgroup without electricity, running water or telephone service? Find out how the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) EAP successfully adapted to assist employees in chaos who reported to work in the aftermath of hurricane Ike regardless of their personal circumstances.

2) Offer appropriate support to fatiguing EA colleagues; and 3) create a mobile EAP office for use during emergencies.
