Employee well-being and engagement is a metric of business success. By applying a return on investment (ROI) framework, global findings have demonstrated the connectivity between management's tangible interest in employee's well-being and superior business results. How can your EAP increase employee engagement, improve productivity, improve safety and result in higher profitability for your client work organization(s)? This session reviews the latest research, several case examples of emerging workforce trends and the growing momentum of comapny investments in employee well-being initiatives as part of their Employee Assistance Program benefit offering for improved financial impact.
