at Maharishi University of Management, Fairfield, Iowa. His interests
include corporate health and sustainable community development. He
consults with several corporations in the field of health promotion and is
an activist in public wellness, complementary and alternative medicine,
and environmental protection.

Description
EA professionals are ideally positioned to help companies implement interventions that limit unnecessary medical care use and enhance productivity. Come and examine traditional Eastern approaches to prevention that strengthen immunity and enhance the response to stress. This session will focus increasing resiliency to everyday pressures.
1) Effectively apply the EA Core Technology in the context of the holistic approach to managing employee health and well-being; 2) Partner with wellness programs to apply evidence-based techniques to modulate the body's response to stress; and 3) Identify the precursors of problems influencing employee job performance.
