Description
The topics to be addressed in this session would be gathered from experience supporting numerous critical access hospitals throughout the country since the inception of the critical access hospital program.
The topics addressed will include chargemaster development strategies, organizational structure issues, cost report opportunities and threats as well as the potential impact of various pricing strategies.
Each area of discussion will be first presented to identify the potential impact on an organization. Next practical strategies/solutions will be presented to allow the attendee to begin addressing these issues and developing strategies in their own organization.
