Suzanne Lestina,
FHFMA, CPC, Director, Revenue Cycle MAP,
Healthcare Financial Management Association
Ms. Lestina works in an advisory capacity of MAP revenue cycle performance improvement by aligning key topics, strategies, and solutions for MAP users. Her extensive revenue cycle knowledge enables her to provide technical input to various industry caucus and task group meetings, as well as serve on several national committees. Ms. Lestina has a BA in Organizational Management from Concordia College. Prior to joining HFMA, she worked in various revenue cycle positions, including ten years with a leading boutique revenue cycle consulting firm in the areas of education, revenue cycle operations assessments, work redesign, and compliance audit / reviews. Prior to her consulting work, Ms. Lestina held hospital revenue cycle leadership roles in the Chicago area. She is a past president of the First Illinois Chapter of HFMA and speaks frequently to HFMA chapters, healthcare providers, state hospital associations, and other professional associations.

Chad Mulvany is a technical director for the Healthcare Financial Management Association. Based out of Washington, DC he is responsible for analyzing the implications of legislative and regulatory developments on healthcare providers and is also a contributor to HFMA’s Value Project research. Chad is a regular columnist in HFM, the HFMA magazine and speaks frequently on issues related to health reform.
Chad is a Fellow of the HFMA and holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Maryland. He is active with the Virginia Chapter of HFMA where he has served as a past board member.
