Description
The upheaval in Wall Street has caused some profound changes in the business brokerage industry. This workshop will present ways for every business broker to not only survive in the changing environment, but to take advantage of change and thrive in a down market. Downward sales trends have a direct effect on sales multiples and financing. When people lose their jobs, they have a short period of time to either find employment or invest in "American Dream Part II," owning their own business. Sources of buyer capital are tightening, so it is becoming increasingly important that business brokers learn how to convince sellers that they need to finance the sale.
