Partnering with our Patient and Family Advisory Council, we discovered what consumers want in a health care website. This session will talk about that collaborative process and show the resulting website/portal designed to focus on consumers’ information needs as prioritized by them.
A Patient Portal to the Electronic Health Care Record Designed by Families and the Health Care Team
The Family Advisory Council and clinical/technology team from The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia collaborated to develop a Patient Portal to the Electronic Health Record. A family and clinical technology leader will present the process, functionality, and measurement of value.
